Description

This book provides many rare insights into the life of a remarkable woman, my grandmother, Annie Waldron Clark. It was originally given to me, Mardon Clark Lamb, 45 years ago as a gift from my mother Lela Clark Lamb. Lela Clark was Annie Waldron’s 4th child. For the descendants of Annie Waldron Clark, it is the only record we have of her life and the challenges she faced. Hers was a life of consecration and sacrifice for the cause of Zion. This record helps connect us to the past, and better understand the priceless values that have been given to us from our valiant ancestors. I have felt impressed that my posterity and others would benefit from this book. To this end I have requested that my granddaughter, Whitney Lea Lamb reproduce this book in its second printing. I acknowledge the invaluable contribution of Beryl and Al Luebke who were responsible for the original printing of this book. My hope is that the descendants of Annie Waldron Clark find encouragement and strength from her life. May we all resolve to stand firm in the faith as she did.
